Although he was written out of Michael‘s will, Joe Jackson still wants a piece of the action.
He appealed to a California court to challenge the administration of his late son’s estate – and was denied!
The three justice panel ruled that Joe Jackson did not have any reason to intervene in the estate. They questioned why Joe withdrew his request for a monthly stipend and never mentioned that he may file wrongful death lawsuit after a lengthy hearing last year.
Justice was served.
