The war between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is still raging on, and it doesn’t seem like it’s ending anytime soon!
Sources close to the actor’s legal team have shared with The Blast that he is planning to file new evidence proving that there are discrepancies in the emergency call placed by iO Tillett Wright to the Los Angeles Police Department on May 21, 2016 during an alleged fight between the couple.

Previously, the Aquaman starlet stated that she was on the phone with Wright when a physical attack began, and that through the phone he heard the alleged abuse before calling the LAPD. In his declaration, he said:
“I then heard Amber crying in fear and begging Johnny to stop his attack, thereafter I heard Amber scream out ‘Call 911’ before the call got disconnected. I called 911 to save Amber’s life.”
However, Adam Waldman, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor’s attorney is now completely disputing the timeline presented by Heard and her friend:
“Amber Heard’s May 21 abuse hoax officially began when her co-conspirator iO Tillett Wright dialed 911. But police logs show iO Tillett Wright didn’t call 911 in the middle of their concocted abuse charade as he testified clearly under oath ‘to save Amber’s life,’ nor at the moment Ms. Heard testified she screamed ‘call 911!’ to him in the middle of her fraud.”
The 33-year-old actress recently submitted a legal response to Depp’s $50 million defamation lawsuit, which he filed in March. In a lengthy letter, she details the alleged horrific abuses suffered at the hand of her then-husband:
“Johnny often would not remember his delusional and violent conduct after he came out of his drunk or medicated states… Because I loved Johnny, I had believed his multiple promises that he could and would get better. I was wrong.”
In a subsequent statement to People, the 55-year-old’s legal team stood their ground, claiming that the information detailed by Miz Heard is being totally fabricated:
“A hoax confronted with the reality of evidence requires new lies to sustain itself. Yesterday’s filing, made by a woman with a prior arrest and incarceration for domestic abuse, presented Amber Heard’s new lies. Which part of 87 surveillance videos, 19 (and growing) sworn eyewitness statements, audio tapes, time and date stamped photographs, police depositions and her own sworn testimony does Amber Heard and her PR team think the public is too stupid to comprehend?”
