Most guys aren’t comfortable enough in their masculinity to wear an engagement ring. But then again most guys aren’t Johnny Depp!

Johnny was in Beijing promoting his new film Transcendence when he was asked if it was true he was engaged to Amber Heard.
That’s when Johnny pointed out he was wearing his heart on his sleeve – and his finger! He said:
“The fact that I’m wearing a chick’s ring on my finger is probably a dead giveaway. Not very subtle.”
Well, to be fair, it’s a little more subtle than Amber’s ginormous rock! You can see that sucker from space!

We’re pretty sure Johnny’s candor also puts the smack down on anyone still not convinced he and Amber are tying the knot!
Then again, denial can be pretty strong. Sometimes not even diamond can cut it.
