Johnny Depp may have Oscar noms and a boatload of awardz, but that doesn’t mean ANYTHING compared to the gift he received when he joined the father club.
The Dark Shadows actor reveals that he felt nothing but “emptiness” until the birth of his children Lily-Rose Melody and Jack with Vanessa Paradis.
Depp says:
“There is nothing on earth that could ever make me want to relive certain years of my life when I was young.
You grow up a bit damaged or broken then you have some success but you don’t know how to feel good about the work you’re doing or the life you’re leading.
You feel empty. I was angry and frustrated until I started my own family and my first child was born. Until then I didn├óΓé¼Γäót really appreciate life the way I should have, but fortunately I woke up.”
Tear!
Never have we heard a more pure and raw expression of parenting love.
We know it ain’t easy, but as they say: Being a parent the easiest tough job you’ll ever have!!!
