Despite his claims of only withdrawing a minimal amount from the couple’s joint bank account, Jon Gosselin has been ordered to return $180,000.

“The remaining sum of $55,000, which Ms. Gosselin used for household bills and expenses relating to the children, will be subject to further determination by the arbitrator at a later date,” said Kate’s attorney, Mark Momjian.
She’ll have to provide an account of past expenses to prove her use of the money, but that’s nothing compared to Jon’s punishment display of justice.
Both parties must complete each task by October 26th, the date of their next hearing or they will be in contempt of court!
“As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the Court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children,” said Kate. “Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues.”
