Julianne Hough is getting rid of the “stagnant energy” around her, and that might include her husband!!
As we previously shared, the Dancing with the Stars alum and Brooks Laich have been quarantining separately during the coronavirus pandemic. That was odd enough in itself, but then Miz Hough was spotted out with British hunk Ben Barnes! And now, she’s shared something very telling which may allude to continued marital issues with her husband.

On Saturday, the 31-year-old took part in an Instagram Live session inspired by the four elements, earth, air, fire, and water, for her brand Kinrgy, featuring Chenelle Monique Young. Each part of the workout entailed its own unique routine, which seemingly brought up some emotions for the star.
In one of her clips shared to her IG Story, she wrote:
“Releasing All [sic] this stagnant energy built up from what’s going on personally and in the world.”
That’s VERY telling if you ask us!!
A second note over a video read:
“Welcome home to your own skin… Jules.”
As we mentioned, home apparently is no longer with Brooks, who is spending time in Idaho while Julianne hunkers down in El Lay. A source previously shared with E! News:
“[Brooks] likes to be outdoors and in nature doing his thing and that is fine with both of them.”
Choosing to be separated during this time is one thing, but heads definitely turned when she was spotted out with the Westworld actor! However, both Laich and Hough are said to be fine with the situation and “talk every day and are in constant communication” during the pandemic. The insider added:
“She wants him to be happy and he wants her to be happy. If this is what it looks like, so be it. They are both happy and figuring things out together and apart.”
Even if nothing romantic is going on between Ben and Jules, why are they hanging out mask-free while we’re supposed to be social distancing during a pandemic?? Apparently the two have been friends for a few years now, but unless they’re living together that doesn’t excuse them seeing each other!
