And he better hope that statement is true because Justin Bieber was totes honest during his Miami morning arrest for DUI and drag racing.
Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez has commented on the dramz and revealed that the Biebs admitted to have marijuana, prescription pills, and beer in his system while driving.
Although, we’re guessing they could’ve figured that out since he was apparently incoherent when arrested. Oh, and he also cursed out the arresting officer. Classy.
With this arrest, he could be facing a first-degree misdemeanor that could result in six months in jail as well as having his license suspended for six months. However, he could possibly be eligible for a first-time offenders program.
And for those wondering when the Biebs will be set free, he will be held until at least 12 p.m. because of a mandatory holding period for DUI arrests.
