After teasing a BIG announcement all week, Justin Bieber has officially announced that he will be going on tour in North America from September 2012 to January 2013!
As predicted, the Biebs’ prot├â┬⌐g├â┬⌐, Carly Rae Jepsen will be on the Believe tour with him — as well as another “special guest” that Justin has yet to reveal!!!
Who could it be? Usher? Taylor Swift? SELENA?!
Such a tease! Ha!

The presale for Fan Club members begins TODAY at 12pm local time (whenever it’s noon in the city you’re looking to score tickets for) and general tickets go on sale June 2 in the U.S. and June 1 in Canada!
