The now-well-known Parkland school shooting survivor was not at all having Kanye West appropriate her likeness and call her a hero in his increasingly random Twitter rants — and she parlayed his tweets into an even stronger message of her own!

Things all initially got started late last night when Yeezy tweeted the following two pictures in close succession (below):

That James Shaw Jr. is, of course, the man who stopped a shooting in a Tennessee Waffle House on April 22 by wrestling an assault-style rifle out of the assailant’s hands there.
Shaw (and Gonzalez!) are definitely deserving of hero status.
