Miss the old Kanye West? Too bad.
Because the ever-evolving musical mastermind is apparently “very different” than he was just a few short weeks ago when he made those reductive slavery comments.

A source close to the rapper says he’s in a good place and is busier than ever, dishing to Us Weekly:
“Kanye has been so busy with all the new albums. Kanye is very clear, super focused right now. The version of him today is very different than the one we saw a few weeks ago.”
Those superpowers of his must be kicking in.
A few weeks ago, Ye was hiding out in Jackson Hole, Wyoming where he was putting the finishing touches on the five albums he was producing — including his own Ye; his collaborative album with Kid Cudi, Kids See Ghosts; and three more including Pusha T‘s Daytona and Nas‘ Nasir.
But he’s not even close to running out of steam. The source added:
“He’s focused on his craft right now and is excited [about] how much everyone is liking his new music.”
A busy Kanye is a quiet Kanye — and therefore, the best Kanye!
