Kanye West has been sued (again) by an ex-employee — this time over his antisemitic views!
The new lawsuit was filed in LA Superior Court on Tuesday, according to Variety and other outlets. In it, a former marketing staff member, who is Jewish, accused Ye of calling her ugly and texting her “Hail Hitler” before she was axed. The ex-employee has sued him for gender and religious discrimination and wrongful termination, among other claims. Jeez.

The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, was hired as a marketing specialist in December 2023 and accused Ye of problematic behavior from January to June of 2024. A wild time to start working for him — this was when his first round of antisemitic comments got him canceled. Just two weeks after she was hired, the Yeezy designer issued an apology in Hebrew for his insensitive comments. Jane thought his behavior had really changed — but this apologetic attitude didn’t last long.
As Kanye’s behavior continued to spark backlash, Jane allegedly suggested Kanye denounce any ties to Nazism in January amid controversy surrounding the release of his album Vultures Vol. 1. A co-worker then relayed her suggestions to the rapper, who responded by texting her:
“I Am A Nazi”
He even alleged texted her “Hail Hitler” and referenced his 2022 “death con 3” tweet, telling her, “You what’s left after I said deathcon.” He also supposedly called her things like a “heartless sociopath,” a “stupid ass corny bitch, a “piece of s**t,” and to “shut the f**k up, bitch.” WTF!
She also accused the Grammy winner of sending her pornographic material that made her feel uncomfortable and directed her to market his “Yeezy Porn” venture, which she refused to do.
By March 2024, Jane was fired — only to be quickly rehired at double her salary. But then in June 2024, Ye texted her and other employees, wondering:
“What the F– Is Everybody Here Getting Paid?”
The father of four then went on a lengthy rant in a group chat, which included comparing himself to Adolf Hitler, berating Jane, and complaining about people not responding to him. He allegedly wrote:
“Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler”
That evening, he continued to attack her by calling Jane ugly and stupid, threatening:
“Come destroy me bitch.”
And the next day — just one day after she made complaints about his behavior to her manager — she was fired! Whoa. The plaintiff’s lawyer Carney Shegerian reflected on the lawsuit in a statement, saying:
“Ye waged a relentless and deliberate campaign of antisemitism and misogyny against my client. His appalling treatment of women and fixation on Nazism, evident in abusive texts where he repeatedly calls himself Hitler, expose his motives. We need to stop excusing Ye’s behavior. As a father, husband, and employer, he must be held accountable. Ye dared my client to sue, and we will see him in court.”
Oof! So far, Ye has not commented on the suit but this comes as he has once again started going on social media rants and sharing more and more antisemitic remarks with no remorse. He was even selling a swastika shirt! He has faced many other similar allegations from ex-employees, too.
