Don’t expect to see The Grand Dame at The Real Housewives of Potomac reunion this year!
On Thursday, Bravo dropped on Instagram the seating chart for the Season 9 reunion, which will air in a few weeks. To the right of Andy Cohen sat Mia Thornton, Dr. Wendy Osefo, and Stacey Rusch, while Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, and Keiarna Stewart were on his left. But Karen Huger? She was nowhere to be found! Fans began to question what happened to the 61-year-old reality star. Now, we have answers. Her manager Ryan Tresdale revealed to the Daily Dish that Karen entered rehab! The rep said:
“Karen made the important decision to enter a private recovery program, so was unable to attend the reunion taping today. She was fully supported in this choice. We stand behind Karen as she embarks on this meaningful journey and are proud of her for taking such a significant step forward in her personal growth.”
Wow!
This comes after Karen was found guilty on multiple charges after she got into a car crash in March 2024 while under the influence. She was convicted of driving under the influence, driving while intoxicated, negligently driving a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner endangering property, life, and person, failing to control vehicle speed on the highway to avoid a collision, driving a vehicle in excess of reasonable and prudent speed on the highway, driving a vehicle on the highway with suspended registration, and failing to notify administration of change of address within 30 days. Karen is scheduled to be sentenced on January 29 and faces up to 2 years in prison.
