Cara Delevingne May Be One Of Karl Lagerfeld's Favorite Models, But That Doesn't Stop Him From Giving Her A Backhanded Compliment!

Karl Lagerfeld is such an enigma!
The Chanel designer├óΓé¼Γäós latest obsession (other than himself) seems to be Cara Delevingne — he talks about her all the time, she├óΓé¼Γäós closed out a ton of his runways, and they hold hands constantly.
However, he recently gave the model a compliment that was kind of insulting! He said:

“She is not a standout beauty. Was it Bacon who said, ‘There is not beauty without some strangeness in the proportions’?”

Oh, uhhh…
Well, even if she’s not a “standout beauty” at least she’s still a beauty?!?
And while the “strangeness in the proportions” bit was meant to express that Miz Delevingne’s thick and well-defined brows makes her beautiful, is it really nice to call someone strangely proportioned??
Eh, we’re sure Cara loves Karl so much she doesn’t mind. Besides, he even mentioned her fave food: bacon! LOLz!!
