It’s been a victorious week for Kate Middleton and company!
Not only did she give birth to the future king of England, the editor who published those topless photos of her nearly a year ago has officially been charged!
French magazine Closer editor Laurence Pieau was arrested in early July and will now stand trial with two photographers and Ernesto Mauri — the publishing director.
The photos in question are believed to have been taken and published in breach of France’s strict privacy laws.
Stay tuned to see what happens! Surely another victory for Kate, though!
