We don’t know why a younger Kate Moss doppelganger was present on the Stuart Weitzman set earlier this week, because Mossy looks FABULOUS in the final ads for the campaign, which have already been released!

The black & white ads, shot by frequent Kate collaborator Mario Testino, feature the supermodel mostly sans pants, and in some cases sans shirt, balancing on a variety of white furniture.
Sparse and simple! It is all about the shoes after all.
