Kate Gosselin filed papers yesterday in response to Jon Gosselin draining the family bank account.
In the just-unearthed documents, Kate not only orders that the $230,000 is returned to the account within 24 hours, but also that Jon sell his TWO luxury cars — a BMW and a Mercedes.
You know, appropriate cars for carting around 8 kids!
Kate also stipulates that Jon reveals how much he is paying his shady lawyer, Mark Heller, considering it was under his advice apparently that he drained the account in the first place as well as footing the bill her legal fees of $5,000!
Kate explains in the document that she is:
“Unable to pay any bills or expenses for her or the parties eight children, including the real estate taxes, individual taxes, quarterly taxes, tuition for the children, clothing for the children and repairs to the homes. Husband’s conduct is knowing, willful, malicious, in bad faith and outrageous.”
