Kate Upton may have scored the best birthday present a girl could ever want: a new man!
According to spywitnesses, the Sports Illustrated model celebrated her 21st birthday with Dancing With the Stars‘ Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Maks was spotted with the birthday girl Monday night at New York City’s Scalinatella restaurant enjoying a “very romantic meal” that included side orders of hand-holding and lots of canoodling.
Sounds like a good way to cha-cha into her heart, right?
BUT, even though multiple sources are saying the lovebirds were set up through friends and just started dating, a source closer to Kate insists they’re “just friends” and have known each other for some time.
Oh the old “just friends” denial. Uh huh, like we haven’t heard that one before!
