It’s settled!
Last week, Ellen Pompeo appeared on Chelsea Lately and said that she does NOT think that Katherine Heigl will return to Grey’s Anatomy.
Now, show creator Shonda Rhimes has opened up about whether or not Izzie Stevens will be invited back to Grey’s.
Here’s what she had to say about it:
“No, I don├óΓé¼Γäót think that├óΓé¼Γäós happening.”
“We are on a track we have been planning, and the idea of changing that track is not something we are interested in right now.”
“[It’s] really nice to hear [Heigl] appreciating the show.”
Ah well! Katherine will probably be disappointed for a bit, but we’re sure she’ll move on soon enough!
Another romantic comedy movie role will probably make her feel better. One For The Money 2, perhaps?
