Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are over!
According to E! News on Monday, the notoriously private twosome have not been together since May of this year.

As we reported, last Friday night, the Ray actor was spotted holding hands with singer Sela Vave after attending Lil Pump‘s 19th birthday party at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood.
Foxx and Vave have been connected for quite some time, though it is unclear if their relationship is professional or romantic — or both!
News of Jamie and Katie’s relationship first broke out in March 2015 after they reportedly secretly saw each other for two years.
In March 2019, the thespians were spotted together in New York City where they enjoyed a nice walk around Central Park.
While he rocked an all-black look, with weather-appropriate accessories including a ski cap, scarf, and sunglasses, Holmes sported denim jeans, a matching denim duster, oversized black sunglasses, and a winter hat that was tied under her chin.
Per People sources, the pair also ventured to the Upper East Side, and visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art that week.
According to an Us Weekly source in April, the Dawson’s Creek alum and the Django Unchained star are mum about their fling to protect each of their families.
The insider explained:
“They keep it private and protect it for the most part because they don’t want to disrupt either of their families… Jamie rarely has her over his house and they mostly hang out separately from their kids.”
In addition to them being “close friends,” the source added:
“Katie and Jamie have great chemistry and a romantic relationship.”
In February at an Oscars afterparty, Foxx reportedly told guests at Byron Allen‘s event that he was “single.”
Per a HollywoodLife source:
“Right before he sang, he told the crowd he’s single. He had a lot of women on stage and danced with them! He told the crowd, ‘I’m single.'”
However, an Us Weekly insider said his “single” comment was “very nonchalant,” explaining:
“While he was referring to married and single couples, he just dropped the line, ‘I’m single.'”
A source told People back in January that Katie and Jamie see each other as frequently as they can:
“They have known each other for years, and both turned out to be great parents, so they also have that in common. They are dedicated to their careers. Plus they give each other space.”
While Holmes shares 13-year-old daughter Suri Cruise with ex-husband Tom Cruise, Foxx is the father of two daughters, Corinne, 25, and Annalise, 10, from previous relationships.
