Miz Perry Puts The Elle In Belgium

Katy Perry is once again on the front of Elle magazine, this time for the Belgium edition.

For her April 2011 cover “Kinky Katy Very Perry” dons bright pink shorts, a white sleeveless top and gold heels.

We like the bright colors!
