Finally! Katy Perry Makes History As She Tops The Billboard Hot 100 For The 5th Time!

We’re swelling with pride! This is an achievement she will take with her for the rest of her life. A momentous occasion!!!

Today, Katy Perry becomes the first woman and the second artist in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 to have five songs from a single album reach the #1 slot. As of today, Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.) took the lead and catapulted Katy to an even higher level of superstardom. The only other artist to ever accomplish this feat was Michael Jackson in the 80’s with his record, Bad.

That’s right KP. You’re on par with Michael The King of Pop Jackson! It doesn’t get any much better that this!

We’re sooooo proud of you sweetie! You deserve this more than you know! Revel in this moment! Really enjoy it!

YAY! YAY! YAY!
