Taylor Swift and Katy Perry recently buried the hatchet, and Orlando Bloom is all for it!
When asked about the relationship between his fiancée and her former nemesis, the 42-year-old only had good things to say!

While taking part in the Television Critics Association panel for his Amazon series Carnival Row on Saturday, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor shared:
“When we live in a world where there’s so much conflict, we want peace and we want unity and we want everyone to get along and appreciate one another, so I’m all for the joy of union and happiness and people getting along.”
Well said, Mr. Bloom!
His future wife is feeling the love too, explaining in an interview with KIIS 1065‘s The Kyle & Jackie O Show on Tuesday, why it was important to take the first step in healing her relationship with Miz Swift using a literal olive branch:
“I just thought, you know, she was about to embark on something new and big and needed the support. And truly, as I was finishing mine, I realized how much we have in common. And maybe there’s only five other people in the world that can have the same type of conversations and understand where we’re coming from, and that we should celebrate our commonality and our friendship and to be able to be there for each other.”
The Swish Swish singer shared that after “seeing her around,” at Oscar parties, she knew it was time to make a move:
“And I just went up to her and I was like, ‘Hey, you know, it’s been a long time, and I think we’ve grown up a little bit. And I just wanted to say I’m sorry, and that I’m really here for you, and that I love you and, you know, I hope that we can be friends in the future.'”
The ladies later sat down to have a chat over cookies (as seen below), and feud finally came to an end:
“She invited me over to her house, and she made me some cookies. And she actually makes those cookies, and they’re actually so delicious. And I brought them home.”
We’re so glad the feud is OVER!
We wonder if Tay will be in attendance at Katy’s forthcoming nuptials, which Orlando was coy about confirming a date for during the panel discussion:
“We’re in the wonderful process of doing all the very important and necessary loving and healing work to create a foundation that will enable us to be light workers.”
