Russell And Katy's Divorce Is Officially Settled!

We knew they were keeping it amicable, but did this go smoothly or what?!
Katy Perry and Russell Brand have already reached a settlement in their divorce, and as we reported yesterday, the actor will NOT be accepting any spousal support from the singer, even though there was no pre-nup in place!
According to the legal documents:

“The parties have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party. Respondent’s [Katy’s] former name be restored to Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson.”

And Katy certainly seemed pleased with the outcome of this otherwise pretty unfortunate event, as she signed her signature on the paper with a smiley face!
Well, she must be relieved that this all over and done with!
We’re sure this process is nothing short of miserable!
