She finally beat out GaGa for most costume changes in a single awards show, but something that didn’t change was the love her hubby showed her all evening!
Katy Perry was certainly the lady of the evening last night, winning the top prize at the MTV Video Music Awards and looking stunning while doing so. According to sources inside the show, her husband, Russell Brand was affectionate with his girl all evening. The source explains:
“Russell and Katy were by each other’s side all night … [They] had their arms linked and their hands intertwined. They seemed really happy and were just smiling and beaming at each other … they were whispering in each other’s ears and giggling — it looked like they had private jokes to share.”
Aww! How sweet!
You know, it was only two years ago that these two met at this very award show and fell in love. Maybe next year, Katy will be the one announcing her pregnancy!
