Katy Perry announced that she wants to get dual-citizenship in England and the US after she marries Russell Brand.
Said Perry:

“I’m not too sure if I have to take a test as I’ve not had time to look into it. But England is like my second home.”

Aww!! Maybe Perry can keep Madonna company in London! Girls night out anyone?!
