While other celebs were dressed up to the nines in their gorgeous dresses, she shows up to the EMAs wearing that.

Are we surprised? Not at all.

In fact we’d be more surprised if Ke$ha showed up looking polished and in a dress.

As the night progressed, the little Tik Tok-er changed into another Ke$ha-fied outfit complete with neon paint.
