Lots of celebs are coming out against Ringling Bros. for their treatment of their elephants.
They recently had to pay a $270,000 fine for violating the animal welfare act.
Ke$ha has now joined in to take a stand against Ringling and their abuse.
She tweeted:
“Join @peta & boycott elephant abusers @RinglingTweets in ur city! Learn what happens behind the scenes&how u can help: http://bit.ly/xzND38.”
So not only is there a ton of celebrity support there is also a bill heading to Washington called The Traveling Exotic Animals Protection Act which would actually ban the use of exotic animals in traveling circuses.
We think everyone should hop on the no animals in the circus bandwagon.
C’mon! Save the circus animals!
