Kevin Spacey Pleads Not Guilty To Sexual Misconduct Charges As His Brother Hopes The 'Sex Pervert' Pays For His Alleged Behavior

Kevin Spacey is facing the music for his alleged misdeeds — and his brother couldn’t be happier.
As the disgraced House of Cards star faces an arraignment on a felony charge of indecent assault and battery on Monday over accusations that he groped an 18-year-old boy in a Massachusetts bar in 2016, Randy Fowler says he’s been waiting for his “sex pervert” brother to be brought to justice for decades.
In an interview with RadarOnline, the 62-year-old limo driver claimed he first learned of sexual misconduct allegations against his Oscar-winning brother in 2004. While Spacey was, according to Fowler, easily able to sweep those early allegations under the red carpet, he knew the actor’s indecent house of cards had to topple over eventually.

He explained:

“The first allegation against him came out in 2004 and he managed shovel it under the carpet. But I knew it was just a matter of time. He has destroyed a lot of souls.”

Per CNN, Spacey’s team entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf at Monday’s hearing.
His legal team attempted to block the charges filed against him, arguing that his alleged Nantucket victim approached the actor first, exchanged phone numbers with him, and lied about his age. Spacey’s lawyers also argued that the alleged victim failed to go to the authorities with his allegations for over a year.
Fowler, on the other hand, unequivocally supports Spacey’s alleged Nantucket victim. He said:

“This young man has only lived in silence for a year but the torturous emotions that this kid had to go through at the expense of my brother – this is just the beginning. My brother has been living this secret life for 40 years.”

Since actor Anthony Rapp first accused Spacey of sexual misconduct last year, 15 males have come forward accusing the 59-year-old of making inappropriate sexual advances on them over the years, dating as far back as 1986.

Fowler believes that Spacey has “no remorse” over his alleged actions, adding that The Usual Suspects star thinks he should get a “pass” because he’s something of a Hollywood icon. He continued:

“He actually believes that because he’s an actor society should give him a pass because you loved him as these diabolical characters in the movies, so you should love him as a real sex pervert. He’s the worst of the worst… He has no remorse over his behavior – which is strange. The man’s got no balls and no shame.”

Fowler says he’s especially jarred by Spacey’s shameless attitude because it apparently echoes that of their father — a violent Nazi sympathizer who Fowler claims sexually abused them for years:

“What is really hurtful is that I spent the better part of my childhood trying to prevent my brother from being raped, then in 1975 when I moved out of the house my brother stayed in the home for five years… And there is no doubt my father got a hold of him. I’ve been trying to have a relationship with my brother but now it turns out 40 years later he actually represents everything I’m fighting against.”

While Fowler doesn’t “wish any bad” against his brother, he wants to see the embattled actor face his accusers and pay for his alleged crimes.
We’ll have to wait and see if justice will be served. Spacey does not have to appear in court for his next hearing, set for March 4.
