Remember that KFC customer who claimed last week that his chicken tender was actually a fried rat?
Skeptical, KFC had the remnants of Devorise Dixon‘s meal analyzed at a lab, where it was discovered to be non-rat.
Of course, our amateur analysis showed it wasn’t, either.

Turns out it was actually just a chicken tender that happened to have a rodent silhouette. Somewhere, Colonel Sanders is breathing a sigh of relief.

KFC spokesperson Roridgo Coronel told ABC News:

“Recently, a customer questioned the quality of a KFC product, and this received considerable publicity given the sensational nature of his claim. The product has now been tested by a third-party independent lab, which confirmed it is definitely a piece of chicken, as we knew all along. The right thing for this customer to do is to apologize and cease making false claims about the KFC brand.”

So far, no apologize from Devorise.
