*** WARNING: Spoilers for Survivor:
Kaôh Rōng Ahead ***
After 32 seasons you’d think Survivor would be out of ways to surprise us
Survivor: Kaôh Rōng crowned itself a winner on Wednesday night, and while the wrong person won the $1 Million prize, it was the $100,000 check afterwards that actually has people talking.
That’s because after Aubry Bracco was robbed of the title thanks to a jury who found Michelle Fitzgerald too pretty to be poor, Sia randomly stopped by the finale to present 2nd runner-up Tai Trang with two $50,000 donations!

Apparently, the Alive singer is big fan of the show and fell in love with how Tai — a 51-year-old gardener from San Francisco — treated the wildlife around camp. Specifically, his pet chicken Mark, who is now the only animal to ever survive all 39 days of the show.
But the best part is that Sia not only gave Tai $50K to donate to an animal rights charity of his choice and $50K for himself… she did all that without Jeff Probst knowing beforehand!
Unfortunately, the reunion special also announced that this Fall’s theme will be Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X… so we’ll just have to trust that the people at CBS know what they’re doing with that one.
We’re mostly just still bitter about Aubry losing, tbh.
