Kim Kardashian is speaking out against Donald Trump’s administration… After all the time she’s spent with his inner circle!
On Tuesday, the SKIMS founder took to her Instagram Story to condemn the heartbreaking ICE raids occurring around the country and particularly in LA, where families are being torn apart. She wrote:
“When we’re told ICE exists to keep our country safe and remove violent criminals — great. But when we are witnessing innocent, hardworking people being ripped from their families in inhumane ways, we have to speak up. We have to do what’s right.”

The 44-year-old continued:
“They are our neighbors, friends, classmates, coworkers, and family. No matter where you fall politically, it’s clear that our communities thrive because of the contributions of immigrants. We can’t turn a blind eye when fear and injustice keep people from living their lives freely and safely. There HAS to be a BETTER way.”

Good for her for using her platform to speak out about such injustices! She’s totally right!
It’s a big deal for Kim to be speaking out because she’s made it pretty clear the past few months she’s shifted to Team Trump. She’s super close with Trump’s inner circle, she’s good friends with Ivanka Trump. And she’s been extremely pro Tesla/Elon Musk/weird robots in recent months… And then there’s all that work she did WITH Trump for prison reform. She’s never openly endorsed Trump, but her past actions sure have been loud… And now here we are.
Even one of the most famous Trump fans is taking a stand against what’s clearly a policy driven not by national security but by fear and hatred. Right??
