Alice Marie Johnson is a free woman after 22 years in prison thanks to Kim Kardashian West‘s efforts to persuade Donald Trump.
As we reported, the 63-year-old great-grandmother was released from jail this week, where she was serving a life sentence for a first-time non-violent drug offense. POTUS commuted her sentence after a meeting with the KUWTK star in the Oval Office.

On Thursday, Johnson expressed her gratitude for Kim K. and Trump acting on her behalf in an interview with Michael Strahan on Good Morning America.
