Uh oh. We know the coronavirus pandemic is a trying time for us all, but apparently Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are having a much harder go at this than some might’ve assumed!
Despite ample space, resources, and plenty of free time at their disposal, a source speaking to Us Weekly claimed the power couple has been “arguing a lot” during the quarantine.

According to the insider, the current beef between Kimye is a bit one-sided! The 42-year-old rapper (unsurprisingly) hasn’t been on his best behavior lately:
“Kim and Kanye have been arguing a lot during the quarantine. Kanye is really getting on Kim’s nerves.”
We can think of a number of different reasons why this might be the case. But this time, it’s Kanye’s reluctance to help Kim with their four kids — North (6), Saint (4), Chicago (2), and their 11-month-old, Psalm — that’s causing some tension here.
The Jesus is King artist, who was just declared a billionaire by Forbes, has been “focused on creating” lately, per the source. As a result, the 39-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star feels like “all the parenting duties are falling on her.” The confidant added:
“Kim finds it frustrating that [Kanye] doesn’t ask her how he can help with the kids.”
Well, we saw bits of that frustration in a more humorous light when North kept crashing Kim’s at-home videos, but it sounds like this goes much further than that. There’s no babysitter or nanny around to provide a buffer between their responsibilities as parents?? And isn’t KKW still busy studying to be a lawyer, too?
Mr. West might need to step it up in the daddy department…

But wait, didn’t he just take the kids to their Wyoming ranch so Kim could get a break recently??
We weren’t a fan of them breaking quarantine, but at the time, sources claimed it was all about giving the momma of four some much-needed peace of mind:
“Kanye escapes to his office for a work break. He also let Kim have a break last week when he took some of the kids to Wyoming. They have been taking turns caring for the kids.”
That last part about “taking turns” might need some fact-checking, if this new report is to be believed! Of course, the reality TV starlet and her husband have thwarted divorce rumors in the past — and we hope things don’t get that ugly before social distancing measures are lifted!
Regardless, ‘Ye might have to step up after Kimmie opened up about what it’s like being a mom AND a teacher to her bustling brood to Jimmy Fallon recently, noting:
“To be the teacher to four young kids — well, two are in school, so two — is insanity. I’m, like, hiding from them. And then they have to stop for P.E., go run up and down in the backyard, or they do this Pokémon yoga.”
Yep, struggling like the rest of us. What a handful! Hang in there, you guys!
