Well, aside from Kanye West performing on stage at his Yeezus concerts, we can’t think of anything Kim Kardashian and her beau have done by themselves lately. Lolz!
The dynamic duo were spotted attending a doctors appointment together early Sunday morning at the Beverly Hills Medical Center.
Sounds like it was a routine check-up because after their appointment Kimye headed over to the Four Seasons Hotel for Sunday brunch! Yumz!

Wonder what this could be about?! They already did this Christmas card… OMG, IS THIS FOR THEIR SAVE THE DATE?! Don’t they look absolutely glamorous?!
