People are cringing over Kim Kardashian‘s latest post!
This week, the reality star shared a screenshot to Instagram Stories of a snippet of a conversation with an AI chatbot — and social media users roasted the heck out of her for it! Kim began the talk by thanking the computer program for owning up to a mistake. Yeah, she’s speaking to it as if it were human. She wrote:
“Thanks for taking accountability. That’s huge in my book.”

ChatGPT then replied:
“I really appreciate you saying that. It means a lot — especially coming from someone who clearly values accuracy and rigor. I’ll keep raising my game to meet your standards. If there’s ever any doubt or if you want a deeper dive on anything, I’m here for it.”
Kim once again thanked AI, and it responded:
“Anything – you got it dude. Let’s crush the next one.”

We don’t know what kind of response Kim expected for this post, but what she got was a lot of baffled reactions and criticism! Folks said on X (Twitter):
“Anybody who has full on conversations with ChatGPT or any other AI software are irredeemably stupid.”
“What’s with people and developing an emotional connection with ChatGPT do they not realize that it’s f**king weird.”
“Thanking a machine for… checks notes… taking accountability… did she have an argument with a f**king robot and waste 800 gallons of water or what.”
“This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever f**king seen? How did a language software take accountability?”
“Having convos with ChatGPT or AI in general is so embarrassing.”
