It could be worse! At least no one leaked (another) sex tape!
Kim Kardashian‘s lawyer just filed a lawsuit against the co-founder of YouTube, Chad Hurley, for broadcasting a recording of her marriage proposal all over his new website!!!
And can you really blame her?
It was a special occasion for her and Kanye West and — other than the friends, family, and orchestra who were attendance — it was supposed to be a private moment!
According to the filed lawsuit, Chad was never even supposed to witness the event and he just kind of crashed the party! When they did finally let him in the cozy location giant baseball stadium Kanye rented out, he was allegedly asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. A confidentiality agreement he subsequently broke, allegedly, by broadcasting the footage of Yeezy dropping to one knee.
The lawsuit also states that the broadcast rights were actually supposed to be reserved for E!, which means the whole event likely would have premiered on a very special episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
