Kim Kardashian‘s former bodyguard, Pascal Duvier (pictured above, left), is being slapped with a lawsuit for her 2016 Paris robbery.
Two years ago, the KUWTK star was robbed at gunpoint inside of her and husband Kanye West‘s residence in France.

According to TMZ on Wednesday, Duvier and the company he worked for — PROTECTSECURITY — are being sued by Kardashian’s insurance company — AIG — for $6.1 million. This is the amount insurance paid Kim for all of her stolen jewelry.
Allegedly, prior to the incident, Duvier left Kim without security when he escorted Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner to a nearby club.
Additionally, according to the lawsuit, the guard failed to address the hotel front gate’s missing lock, and the non-functioning door intercom.
Because of these alleged security breaches, the suit claims the gunmen were able to enter the residence, and then to Kim’s unit.
Though they are not being sued, the lawsuit claims the concierge — who was also held at gunpoint — and the hotel did not have proper security training.
Kim, herself, is not a plaintiff.
