Kim Kardashian will do whatever it takes to get custody of her four children after Kanye West’s recent string of disturbing behavior! Even if it means proving in a court of law that he’s… mentally unfit.
The former couple have pretty amicably shared legal and physical custody of 11-year-old daughter North, 9-year-old son Saint, 7-year-old daughter Chicago, and 5-year-old son Psalm. Kim has the kids most of the time. Ye reportedly sometimes goes months without seeing them, but it’s not because the SKIMS founder won’t allow him to! She wants nothing more than for the children’s dad to be in their lives more. A source for The US Sun on Thursday:
“Kim wants to underline the point that she has never not allowed Kanye to have the kids and to be their father. No one is preventing him – he’s the one who chooses to live in Tokyo much of the time. She would love nothing more than to see him take an active interest in parenting all four kids.”
The man does like to travel the world. And Kim has always been flexible to his schedule.
But her permissiveness could soon change after his recent actions on social media! As we previously reported, the latest drama between the exes began because the rapper released a track featuring North and the alleged rapist, abuser, and sex trafficker Diddy without the reality star’s permission over the weekend. She is now considering asking a judge to grant her full legal custody of their kids since he broke the agreement they made about the song. As in, Ye agreed NOT to drop it! Yet he did it anyway! This caused Kim to start considering to ask a judge for full legal custody of the kids. What happened next is pushing her down that path…

Kanye then accused Kim and her family of being “sex workers” and alleged she was sex trafficking their kids… while he planned to hang out with Andrew and Tristan Tate, who have been charged with rape, human trafficking, and forming a gang to exploit women in Romania. And he planned to have the two visit him WHEN NORTH WAS WITH HIM! WTF! The audacity and hypocrisy of this guy! Thankfully, Kim’s security team tipped her off and ended the tween’s visit with her dad early.
But the final straw for Kim? That was reportedly when Kanye attacked Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s 7-year-old twins Rumi and Sir Carter online, using the R-word to criticize their mental capacity. Who goes after CHILDREN?! This was so uncalled for! A whole new low for Kanye!
And mind you, this is only half of what he has done lately! There is a lot more! Before any of this, the record producer also had (ex?) wife Bianca Censori stepped out naked for the Grammys — and had a disturbing explanation for that stunt, saying he has “dominion” over her. He then went on more antisemitic rants, declaring himself a Nazi and professing his love for Hitler. There’s also the whole calling Diddy a “hero” thing.
A lot has happened with Ye in 2025, and we’re only three months into the year. However, what has gone down over these couple of months was enough for Kim to throw in the towel when it comes to her ex-husband. It is reportedly crystal clear to her that Kanye is “not fit” to raise their children anymore.
The US Sun source said although the television personality is not shocked by anything, his recent actions have gone too far for her:
“Kim is horrified, but she’s not surprised. He’s just digging his own grave here. He’s showing that he is not fit to be a legal parent, nor has the mental capacity to have custody of children.”
As we previously mentioned, Kim was only thinking about asking for full custody. Now, it sounds like The Kardashian star has made up her mind! She’s going for it! The insider revealed she and her attorneys are “taking action,” saying:
“Her team is in crisis mode. The plan is to lodge something with the court this week and using the fact that Kanye stated his plans to seek full custody of the kids.”
As for what Kim has up her sleeve to win? According to the sources, she will show the court how Kanye is not “mentally fit” to have custody:
“The plan is to question whether he is ‘mentally fit’ to do so, and then get the ball rolling. It’s a pretty fast-moving situation. Kim is determined to get Kanye and his threats removed from her life, she says she can’t live like this anymore. So despite her fears and worries over it, she knows it’s her only course of action to protect her and her children.”
Can you blame her? Kanye has crossed so many lines! Kim’s gotta do what is best for her and her children at the end of the day. At this time, everyone can agree that Kanye is not it. However, Kimmy Kakes will need to get ready for a war! Kanye reportedly will “fight Kim all the way” if and when she tries to get custody. So Kim may have a long road ahead of her with this matter!
