Kim Zolciak-Biermann's Daughters Insist Georgia Family Home Has Been 'Saved' Amid Foreclosure Reports -- But How??

Kim Zolciak-Biermann's Daughters Deny Georgia Family Home Is In Foreclosure

Seriously, what is going on?!

Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her husband Kroy Biermann are reportedly two weeks away from losing their home amid foreclosure news… but they’ve now got their entire family denying the claims!

On Wednesday, TMZ caught up with the couple’s daughters Ariana and Brielle outside of LAX. Naturally, the photographers had to get the girls’ perspectives on the reports their family’s home in Alpharetta, Georgia will soon be auctioned off by a bank due to a massive outstanding loan their ‘rents have yet to pay back.

According to the kids, there’s no need to worry since the house has already been “saved” and the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum hasn’t said anything to them about an upcoming auction, even when they admittedly asked about the reports. Ariana declared:

“Don’t believe everything you hear.”

Just like her parents, the 21-year-old also insisted the whole thing is one big “misunderstanding,” but she didn’t go into any details. Instead, she insisted nobody has any plans of moving out. She was just at home on Tuesday night before traveling across the country and felt confident enough to leave all her belongings there, she said:

“We even packed our clothes to come here from her house. Everything is still there. We all live there.”

Brielle went on to point out that this isn’t the first time the Don’t Be Tardy reality stars have had to deal with foreclosure reports. She said the family had “gone through this already in November” when rumors surfaced online.

At the time, the lavish 6-bedroom estate was in foreclosure after the owners reportedly failed to pay back a $300,000 loan. There were even claims the home was sold out from under them due to the debt — and that it only went for $257,000 (despite them buying it in 2012 for $880,000). After renovations, the home is estimated to be worth $2,780,900, per Zillow. Pissed with the reports, Kim took to her Instagram to clap back in November, saying:

“OK you guys, my house has not sold for $257,000. If you guys think I would let my home that we’ve put millions and millions of dollars into go for $257,000, you’re an idiot, okay? For real.”

But last week, Fulton County released a notice of foreclosure announcing Truist Bank will auction off the mansion on March 7 at the Fulton County Courthouse. According to the notice, which was obtained by ET, Kim and Kroy haven’t paid back a $1.65 million loan they took out to buy the property. The bank reportedly began foreclosure proceedings back in August after the couple defaulted on their mortgage. Despite this massive loan, earlier this week, a source close to Kim told People she isn’t worried, noting:

“She is telling everyone this is a misunderstanding and is being sorted out. She’s not moving.”

But surely she should be a little worried, right? Unless she can come up with nearly $2 million before March 7, she’s likely looking at a mandatory move! We’d be stressed out!! Whatever plan she has to save her property, she better act on it fast! Hear Ariana and Brielle clap back at the rumors HERE. Thoughts?! Do you think the family is just in denial or have they really figured out a solution? Let us know (below)!
