The never-ending dramas of Kourtney Kardashian‘s life appear to be continuing at breakneck pace right now, but she’s playing it cool with a very mature, zen-like perspective.
The 41-year-old reality TV star has been involved in a whirlwind of rehab news surrounding her ex-BF and co-parenting partner Scott Disick right now, but it appears she’s focused on making things as healthy and holistic as possible for her lovely family, even during the darkest hours.

On Monday evening, right after Scott’s rehab news made its way across the media world, Kourtney posted a calming, inspirational message to her Instagram account. It was entirely a mother-daughter thing, too, with the Poosh founder directing the pic (which you can see, above) and special message to her beloved 7-year-old daughter Penelope Disick.
Writing to her middle child, the reality TV maven shared (below):
“Love yourself first, chase your dreams, make mistakes (and learn from them), believe in God’s plan, you are more beautiful than you will ever know, and oh so smart, there is no one else like you in the entire world, you are loved. Things I tell my daughter.”
Awwwww! That’s really, really sweet — and very smart and meaningful coming from mom!
Would she share the same message with oldest son Mason right now, too? Or is he more deserving of a “stay off social media or else” inspirational photo?! Just saying! LOLz!!!
Seriously, though, even Kourt’s little sis Khloé was floored by the sweet message! The Revenge Body host and proud momma herself gushed over it, calling it “the best advice” in a comment soon after the photo was posted.
Of course, Kourt and her family have been going through something of a rough patch recently, for several reasons. Scott’s scary “spiraling” and recent rehab stint in Colorado tops the list, of course, but her own uncomfortable reality TV career and increasingly-contentious business relationship with her sisters has made things difficult, as well.
It seems like there’s a lot going on even when there’s nothing happening due to extended quarantines and self-isolation. We’re all in this together — and we really mean it!
All any of us can do is take things one day at a time, we suppose. Here’s to Kourt handing out many more life lessons to Penelope, Mason, and Reign in the years to come. She’s got the perfect touch as a wonderful mom, doesn’t she?!
