One of the major problems with a lot of contemporary music is that they’re too much about the production and less about the melody and lyric. Strip away all the production, though, and if the song doesn’t hold up well with just a piano or guitar – it won’t be a timeless classic!
Thankfully, Krewella‘s song Alive is not just a global hit, but it’s also much more than a dance record. It really holds up without all the bells and whistles, as they prove with this new acoustic version of the song they just released!
