The Man Behind GaGa's Explosive Lingerie

Meet Lady GaGa‘s art director Matthew Williams.

He’s the mastermind behind the Fame Monster’s “fire lingerie” that she famously wore on the cover of Time‘s 100 Most Influential People In The World issue.

But GaGa isn’t his only client.

According to T Magazine, Williams is also working with Kanye West.
