Lamar Odom Says He Gave Up Porn & His New Girlfriend Is Reaping The Bedroom Benefits!

Lamar Odom gave up porn.

Lamar Odom is getting rid of his vices one by one!

A month after he was kicked out of the BIG3 for being out of shape, the former NBA star is actively working toward a much healthier lifestyle, and that includes giving up one of his favorite pastimes: watching pornography.

Odom made the shocking revelation to TMZ Sports while he was waiting for his bags at LAX. Explaining how he eliminated porn and candy from his daily life for about a month now, the 39-year-old said:

“I’m trying to be better.”

Yay! Proud of you, Lam!

Kicking his porn habit hasn’t exactly been a walk in the park for Khloé Kardashian’s ex, as he’s been very open about his sex addiction. In his book, Darkness to Light, Odom claimed he’s bedded over 2,000 women, including strippers and prostitutes

But thankfully, the athlete has a wonderful coach in his corner: his fitness guru girlfriend, Sabrina Parr, who is helping him with his diet and workouts, in addition to the other willpower-based efforts.

Parr, for her part, says Lamar’s porn purge has had a positive impact on him in the bedroom. We’re sure she does a great job in keeping him motivated, too!

Jokes aside, we’re super proud of Lam for trying to kick the dirty habits in his life. In his book, the athlete opened up about how his sex and drug addictions had become intertwined in the years leading up to his scary overdose at a Las Vegas brothel.

Lamar claimed he would regularly pay strippers for sex at this time in his life, adding how his sex addiction brought on another issue at home:

“I had a problem. [I] ran out of porn to watch! That’s how you know when you are going a little overboard.”

The athlete went on to explain how, for him, sex became a gateway drug, adding:

“Sex was a trigger for me to do drugs. Because you double up on [that] good feeling.”

Fortunately, after that fateful night in the Nevada brothel, and the hospitalization which followed, Lamar got the help he needed and claimed he would “not go into the darkness” of his addictions again.

Sounds like his new girlfriend is making sure of that.

Welcome to the light, Lam!
