Blake Lively may just have the stronger argument amid her feud with Justin Baldoni after all… At least according to this legal expert!
On Monday, Investigation Discovery is premiering a brand new documentary titled In Dispute: Lively vs. Baldoni. It aims to break down all Blake and Justin’s beef that has spun out of It Ends with Us, including interviews with intimacy coordinators, public relations specialists, legal experts, and more. One of these is attorney Dina Doll — who has a strong feeling the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star could end up on top!

According to People, Doll breaks down why she feels Blake overall has the stronger argument going into trial next year because Justin’s doesn’t “refute” her lingering claim of sexual harassment:
“My professional opinion, Blake Lively has the stronger case. Because all of Justin Baldoni’s arguments about fame and control don’t really refute her claim of sexual harassment. Those allegations — the improvising of kissing, the describing his genitalia, talking about pornography — regardless of where your workplace is, those seem to be pretty strong basis for a claim of sexual harassment.”
After Blake filed her sexual harassment complaint in December, Justin’s lawyer Bryan Freedman called the allegations “completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt and rehash a narrative in the media.” Justin also filed a lawsuit $400 million lawsuit against Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds, in addition to a libel suit against the New York Times for publishing details of Blake’s complaint.
While he may not “refute” some of the factual claims in Blake’s lawsuit, the evidence Justin has released online does offer context to a lot of the behavior. For instance, she said he barged in and looked at her topless while she was breastfeeding — he provided evidence she invited him to come in. That kind of context does change things, even if he’s not saying the incident didn’t happen.
Later in the doc, Doll does note that Justin’s “argument isn’t really that those items didn’t happen; he just is saying that there’s a different perspective, that they were really more consensual. Both sides absolutely wanna get their perspective out.”
Well, his “perspective” has changed a lot of minds, and the court of public opinion is on his side now.
We’ll just have to see how things play out when they head to trial next year… In the meantime, will you be streaming In Dispute: Lively vs. Baldoni? Let us know in the comments down below.
