Recently filed court documents show Levi Johnston is seeking a new custody arrangement with his baby mama!
Previously Bristol Palin was getting the lion’s share of the time with their four-year-old son, Tripp, but now Levi wants that to change! He’s petitioning the courts for an equal custody split!!
Last we heard, the Dancing With the Stars standout was suing Levi for an alleged failure to keep up with his child-support payments!!
Hmmm, we wonder whether Sarah Palin is comfortable with the former Playgirl model getting more time with her grandson?!
