Lil Nas X HILARIOUSLY Responds To Homophobic Comments After Coming Out -- As Miley Cyrus Sends Love!

Lil Nas X is getting a lot of love after coming out as gay — but unfortunately he’s also getting crap from some of his more ignorant fans!
The Old Town Road rapper is responding to the latter in a very appropriate manner: by hilariously clapping back!
Days after the 20-year-old Atlanta native came out as gay on Twitter, homophobes swarmed his Instagram comments asking how long he was going to be gay for and declaring that he could no longer be their role model as a gay rapper.

Nas X dismissed these critics with some old town shade, revealing that he was only planning on being gay “on the weekends” and joking that his sexuality was an “accident.”

Ha!

For what it’s worth, thousands of fans have expressed their unfaltering support for the performer, with plenty poking fun at the more homophobic fans’ shock and disappointment over Nas X’s revelation.
Some of those supportive fans had Nas X in stitches (read: laughing-crying emojis) with their satirical take on the non-drama. See (below):

LOLz!

Meanwhile, the love has been strong from other artists — particularly, Miley Cyrus, who commended her “baby brother” in a rainbow emoji-laden tweet on Monday.
Captioning a photo of her and Nas X smiling backstage at the Glastonbury Festival at Worthy Farm, Pilton (where they performed together on Sunday), Billy Ray Cyrus’ daughter wrote:

Cute!

The rapper’s coming out is a groundbreaking step in the hip-hop community, which contains less than a handful of male LGBT artists; including Frank Ocean, Kevin Abstract, and Tyler, The Creator (who has yet to explicitly state his sexuality outside of vague song lyrics.)
Nas didn’t explicitly address his sexuality either; at least not when he made the announcement the last day of Pride Month.
As we reported, the rapper tipped fans off when he told them to “listen closely” to the words of his new single C7osure (You Like), which included the following lyrics:

“Brand new places I’ll choose and I’ll go, I know / Embracin’ this news I behold unfolding / I know, I know, I know it don’t feel like it’s time / But I look back at this moment, I’ll see that I’m fine / I know, I know, I know it don’t feel like it’s time / I set boundaries for myself, it’s time to cross the line / True say, I want and I need / To let go, use my time to be free”

But Nas X didn’t want there to be any confusion: he went on to retweet fans’ screenshots of his many visuals featuring rainbows, including the artwork from his album, 7.
He also kept the jokes rolling on Tuesday, tweeting:

Sorry, homophobes, but Lil Nas X is here, he’s queer, and his music is no less doper than it was a week ago.
Also, he’s REALLY funny!
