Lil Pump was arrested at a Florida airport on Thursday afternoon, all because one of his crew member’s bags smelled a lil too much like weed.
According to TMZ, the I Love It rapper and his entourage had boarded a flight and were set to head to El Lay, but the brakes were pumped when baggage handlers who were putting luggage in the baggage compartment got a strong whiff of weed coming from a bag labeled Garcia — Pump’s legal name.

Law enforcement sources say this paranoia prompted the captain to speak about the matter with the 18-year-old, who thought the pilot was being accusatory. After an argument erupted, Pump was kicked off the plane along with his manager for being disruptive.
Tensions apparently continued to escalate once TSA agents began talking to Pump and co. in the terminal, resulting in both the rapper and his manager getting arrested for disorderly conduct.
The law enforcement sources added that although the bag, which was owned by a member of Pump’s entourage, may have reeked of a certain recreational substance, no drugs were found inside when it was opened.
A Pump source confirmed to TMZ that no drugs were found, but that the bags were “mistagged” for merely having an incriminating odor.
