Well, all New York attorney Mark Heller needed to try the Mean Girls star’s case with was a local lawyer to sponsor him.
So he found… a founder? The co-founder of the Doheny Dining Club, actually. But is Ms. Lindsay Berger Sacks really a lawyer?
Apparently, she passed the bar in 1994 but hasn’t practiced since 1996!
Soo… Will Heller still be able to serve as Lindsay’s attorney?
Does Lindsay know her lawyer’s lawyer is a restaurateur?
And why would someone named Berger Sacks not call their restaurant Burger Sacks?!
