Aliana T. isn’t the only Lohan getting modeling jobs!
Turns out Lindsay has been hired by German designer Philipp Plein to appear in his spring ad campaign.
If the name sounds familiar (or in most cases it doesn’t) Mischa Barton used to be the face of the label back in 2010.
Hmm, we’re sensing a theme.
To celebrate her new paid non-acting job, Lindsay is flying to Milan to attend Philipp Plein’s show this weekend.
Hopefully she won’t have as many incidents in Italy as she did in New York.
