Another day/week/month, another lawsuit for Lindsay Lohan!
As we all know by now, she was arrested earlier this week after NYC pedestrian Jose Rodriguez claimed she grazed him while driving her Porsche in the city.
Not only that, but he ALSO said that LiLo was drunkaroo, alleging that she was slurring her words and she “smelled like alcohol real bad” at the time she struck him.
Cops have since said that she was NOT drinking, but that isn’t stopping Linds from taking further action. She’s afraid that she will now lose more acting work if people think she’s back to her old party girl ways and plans on suing Jose for defamation, saying:
“I’m tired of people lying just to score a quick paycheck.”
She already could be in trouble with her probation officer for the accident alone so if driving under the influence came into play, this could spell out even more bad news for her.
Whatever the case may be, this doesn’t look too good for Lindsay’s record, which is probably, ohhh, we don’t know, say about 3 million pages long by now???
